Shipping & Return Policy
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Due to the recent influx of orders on our site, we will process your order in 3-7 business days. The usual processing time is within 5 business days of the original date the order was placed & the customer should receive a tracking number via email for reference. All orders are primarily shipped from King George, VA via USPS. *PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE MAY BE A DELAY IN SHIPPING DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND THAT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL*
USPS shipping rates are based on your provided shipping address and the weight of your order.
With a minimum purchase of $99 or more, shipping is at no cost to a customer within the United States of America.
Lost or Stolen Packages
FLORA AND FRANKINCENSE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced shipments. We are also not responsible for intercepting packages that were sent to the wrong address. If an order is returned due to an invalid address, the customer is responsible for the new shipping fees to reship the package. Please make sure to double check the "Shipping" address when placing your order on our website.
Each order is shipped with insurance coverage via USPS. We will file a claim with USPS and/or UPS to get reimbursed for the shipping and damages. While we are not responsible for USPS handling of packages, we will work with you to remedy the situation and replace your damaged items. Photos showing the extent of the damage will help us. Please email proof of damage to email@example.com with your order number.
Return & Exchange Policy
For safety and hygiene reasons our bath, body, and wax melt products cannot be restocked or resold so we currently do not accept returns or exchanges on opened products, except in special circumstances that must be determined eligible by Flora and Frankincense. If you wish to return an item it must be unopened and returned within 15 days of purchase. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. If your item was not purchased directly from our website, we will not issue a refund or exchange of any kind and suggest you refer to the location where it was initially purchased. Free gifts, travel sized items, and samples will not be accepted for returns or refunds.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of item. To request a refund, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, the items purchased, and the reason for the refund request. We will reach back out to you as soon as possible.
If you have received erroneous items, please contact us immediately so that we may replace those items. In the event this happens, we will send you a shipping slip to have the items returned to us at no cost to you.
